Why we ask for these details

The form shows us at a glance which item and size this is about and what did not work, so we can help you faster without emailing back and forth. Where we ask for a photo, it also helps us raise quality or delivery problems with our supplier.

You do not have to use this form. A short email to info@parkerandgrant.com is enough, and your deadline is met just the same.

Your rights as a consumer

Your statutory right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Our return policy beyond that: we also take items back up to 30 days from receipt. That is a voluntary service: it sits alongside your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it.

  • You do not have to use this form. You can declare your return or your withdrawal at any time by email to info@parkerandgrant.com. Your deadline is met just the same, and we do not need a reason, photos or any explanation.
  • Return costs: for size, fit, colour, style or if you changed your mind, you carry the cost of sending the item back. For damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered items we cover it.
  • If you withdraw: we refund the full amount you paid. Delivery is free with us, so there is no shipping charge to add. We may wait until the goods are back with us or until you show proof of posting.
  • What happens next: a person from our team reviews your request and replies personally by email, with the return form and all further steps.
